Why Incorporation?

It is a proven fact that racing facilities that are owned and operated under the auspices of a corporation are more profitable than sole proprietor tracks.  Because of this, the founding members decided early in the process to incorporate.

 

The corporate structure helps to protect the investors’ interests and insures accountability from the Directors and Committees to the general membership of the Corporation.

Our Board of Directors represent a widely diversified group with a common love of Drag Racing. Our members have experience in the political arena as well as business ownership and management of a wide range of professions from heavy industrial to medical.
