BUSINESS PLAN
High Point Motor Speedway is presently seeking corporate and private investors to raise funds for the construction of the dragstrip. To obtain a copy of the Business Plan, please contact  HPMS Project Manager Dick Cutshaw at dcutshaw@embarqmail.com.  The Board of Directors is also investigating certain governmental loans, grants and matching funds grants.  We welcome all inquiries from private and corporate investors as wells as venture capitalists.

Shares of stock are for sale to interested persons who would like to share ownership in the new complex:

Preferred Stock is for sale at $500.00 per share and provides for certain privileges such as voting rights and the opportunity to serve on the Board of Directors.

Common Stock is for sale at $50.00 per share for the racing enthusiast wishing to support the development of the motorsports complex.

High Point Motor Speedway continually hosts fund raising and public awareness activities and has participated in several local events including the Kimball Farmer's Day.
